COURSES:

LL.B. 3 year (semester system) course: we nurture future leaders and elite professionals for legal world and beyond. LL.B is the traditional law course offered by COLLEGE which has a duration of three years. The course is divided into six semesters. On completion of 3-years course, LL.B degree is awarded by university.

Eligibility: The eligibility for this course is graduation in any stream from the recognized institution/university. The graduation must be passed with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

Medium of Instruction:  English & Hindi.

B.COM LL.B (5 Year integrated course) : This course is most desirable course in current scenario as it allows students to complete 2 Bachelor programs in 5 year of full-time study. Candidates having a strong hand in commerce can specialize in their work as legal practitioners, legal officers in taxation field.

Also those who are good in commerce can enhance or specialize their skills so that they have career opportunities in business and finance industries too.

Eligibility:  Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination securing not less than 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to take Admission. There is a relaxation of 5% marks i.e. 40% for SC/ST candidates.

Medium of Instruction: English & Hindi.

LL.M. Course (2 years after LL.B) : Masters of Law (LL.M) is a 2 year post graduate degree in Law. LL.M degree allows a Law graduate to specialize in one of many legal sub-streams. The basic eligibility for this program is an under graduate law degree from any recognized university with minimum aggregate marks as per the particular institution / university requirement.

Eligibility: A Candidate must have not than 50% (5% relexation for the candidates under SC/ST as per the norms marks in aggregate in 3 (three) year LL.B or 5 (five) year B.A./ B.SC./ B.COM/ BBA.LLB. Programme must be recognized by UGC and Bar Council of India (BCI).

MOOT COURTS

COLLEGE provides practical training through moot courts in the college premises. The Moot Courts in the College is well equipped. The students are also taken for visits to the Hon’ble High Courts, District and Session Court and civil offices as per the syllabus. This enables the students to gain firsthand practical knowledge of the procedures adopted in the courts and prepares them to conduct themselves in dignified manner. To inculcate a spirit of Competitiveness among the students. COLLEGE participate in Intra an Interuniversity Moot Court Competition every year.
